Once selected, you’ll set up your account and be guided through a quick onboarding process via email.
After choosing fundraiser & checking out, you will receive an email with link to set up account and other information.
Once you follow steps to set up account you will have access to Partnership Zone where you can upload images, purchase design services, and set up your collection for your cause.
Choose a Design Type: Whether a custom K3T's design or you have your own artwork/logo to use, K3T’s offers various design options to suit your needs:
• Own Art or Logo Manipulation: Have artwork but need adjustments? Upload it directly for basic modifications.
• Text & Vector Design: For simple text or vector artwork.
• Basic, Premium, or Ultimate Custom Design: For custom designs with specific imagery or complex elements.
Head to Partnership Zone to upload your pics, images, or logos and include any notes for our design team. You will receive instructions to access Partnership Zone in partnership welcome email.
Design Turnaround: Our team will create your designs and provide proofs within 10 business days for approval.
Complete form in 'Set Up Collection" section of Partnership Zone. Provide a short bio, social media handles, and any additional details to personalize your collection page. This step helps us create a page that truly reflects your brand and connects with your audience.
To qualify for the Fundraising Option, partnerships must support a direct event, cause, or non-profit organization actively raising funds. K3T’s will conduct an eligibility verification. If qualifications are not met, the partnership will be billed at the annual Premium rate and assigned to the Premium package.
Choose which items to feature in your collection, such as T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more. Each item can be customized with multiple variants (e.g., men’s, women’s, kids’ sizes).
K3T's team will post and price items based on market analysis to best promote sales and profitability for your collection & you can always adjust upon request.
Easily track sales and receive monthly payouts with CollabPay. Check your email for an invitation after you purchase partnership, follow the link to set up your account, and verify your details. Your dashboard will display real-time sales, earnings, and payout schedules. Payouts are processed monthly.
Once your products are finalized, your collection page will go live on K3T’s site. You’ll have access to downloadable marketing tools including custom QR codes, product mock-ups, and social media templates for easy promotion.
Start Promoting: Share your store link with your audience using K3T’s marketing resources. You will also receive monthly featured posts, promo videos, and T Talk blog highlights to further boost visibility.
Your collection will be live and ready for sales, with K3T’s dedicated team supporting your fundraiser and sharing your story to new supporters!
