Design Services

Select Your Design Type

1. Choose Your Design Type

Browse the available design types to find the level that best fits your needs. Each design type comes with example images to give you an idea of the design level, and the product description provides more details about what’s included with each type.

Select from options such as Logo Crop, Text & Vector, Basic, Premium, and Ultimate designs. Partners receive monthly design credits and discounts that are applied at checkout.

2. Add Your Selected Design Type to Cart

Once you’ve chosen a design type, add it to your cart. If you have available design credits, these will be automatically applied at checkout, as will any partnership discounts on Premium and Ultimate designs.

3. Upload Images and Details

After checking out, upload any relevant images, logos, or specific notes for our design team to reference. This ensures that the team has all the resources needed to create your custom design.

4. Design Team Begins Work

Once your design service is checked out and images are uploaded, our design team will start working on your custom merch. You’ll receive a mock-up for approval before the final design is completed.

These steps make it easy to select, customize, and approve a design type that brings your vision to life, ensuring you have a unique and high-quality graphic for your collection.

Upload Your Images

To get started with creating your custom design, upload your images directly to our uploader so we can start bringing your vision to life. Follow the steps to ensure that our design team has everything they need to create a high-quality, customized product for your collection.

1. Enter Email or Partner #: Begin by entering your account email or partnership number. This helps us match your uploads to your account, ensuring we have all the correct files for your project.

2. Upload Your Images

Drag & Drop or Browse Device: Simply drag your images into the uploader, or click “Browse” to select images from your device.

File Format: Upload images in high-resolution formats like PNG, JPEG, JPG, or SVG for optimal print quality.

File Size: Ensure your files are at least 200 DPI for sharp results.

Max Upload: You can upload up to 10 images in one session.

3. Complete Information Box: Fill out the information box with any important details for the design team including any colors, style, elements, or other specific ideas you’d like to see in the design. Indicate where you’d like the design placed on the product. Note the selected design service level & add any other relevant information to guide the design process.

4. Upload: Click the Upload button and you will receive a confirmation email.

Product Listing Service

Select Your Products

1. Check Profit Calculations and Production Cost: Before choosing a variant, review the Profit Calculations and Production Cost Charts to understand each item’s base cost and potential profit margins. This link is also available under the “Add to Cart” button in each product listing service. Reviewing these charts will help you set selling prices and calculate expected profits based on the items you choose for your collection.

2. Choose Your Product Category and Variant: Select the type of item you want your design printed on: T-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, kids’ items, or embroidery products.

Use the drop-down menu within each category to view and select specific styles, such as a particular T-shirt style or sweatshirt. This selection helps us determine which item to use for each product listing in your collection.

3. Add Product Listing Service to Your Cart: Each partnership tier includes at least 2 free listings per month. Your free listings will be credited at checkout, and the $3.99 fee will only apply for additional listings once your monthly credits are used.

4. Finalize Product Listing: Once you complete the product listing services at checkout, our design team will reach out to verify your details including preferred colors and share mock-ups for your review.

Set Up Your Collection

Complete Collection Data Form

Use this form to provide the essential details that will appear on your collection page, making it uniquely yours. Follow these steps to complete each section accurately:

1. Enter Account Information: Begin by entering your account email or partnership number. This helps us match your details to your account and ensure they’re correctly applied to your collection.

2. Complete Bio Section: Share information about yourself or your organization. This can include your background, mission, hometown & schools attended, purpose, or any key details that introduce your brand to your audience.

3. Add Social Media Handles: Fill in the fields for all social media handles you would like featured on your collection page so you can connect with your followers.

4. Include Video or Website Links: Add any video or website links you want displayed on your collection page.

5. Additional Notes: Use the last field for any additional notes or instructions.

6. Submit Your Form: Once all sections are complete, submit the form.

CollabPay Access

Get Paid with CollabPay

CollabPay is the seamless platform we use to ensure you receive your earnings promptly and securely. Setting up your account is simple and essential for tracking your sales and receiving your designated profit percentage payouts each month.

Set Up Account via Invitation Email

You've received an invitation email from getpaid@k3ts.shop with link to set up your CollabPay account. Follow the steps to set up and complete the verification process to activate your account.

Track Your Sales

Once your account is verified, the products from your collection will automatically sync with your CollabPay account. Here, you can:

Check your payout details, including the next scheduled payout date.

Packs include a selection of marketing tools to help promote your collection. Packs 3 & 4 include sample T-shirts for a hands-on experience with your product.

How to Purchase Marketing Add-On Tools

1. Browse and Select Tools or Packs: Review the individual tools and marketing add-on packs. Choose any combination of promo videos, mock-ups, social posts, or printable ads, or select a bundled pack for added value.

2. Add Selected Tools to Cart: Add your chosen tools or packs to your cart. Bundled packs provide extra savings and a mix of resources to fully support your promotional efforts.

3. Complete Your Purchase: Finalize your purchase at checkout. Once processed, our team will contact you to begin working on your selected marketing tools, and any included sample items (for Packs 3 & 4).

Credits: Service credits associated with your partnership tier will be automatically applied to purchases at checkout. Each credit covers the full cost of its designated service. Credits have no monetary value, refresh monthly, and do not roll over or accumulate.

Discounts: Partnership tier discounts are automatically applied to eligible purchases at checkout. Discounts are specific to designated services, have no cash value, and renew monthly. Unused discounts do not roll over or accumulate.

Discount Codes: Each month, partners receive single-use 15% off discount codes that can be applied to any item in their collection. These codes are perfect for sharing with friends & family, running promotions, purchasing sample items, or for personal use. Codes reset monthly, have no cash value, and do not roll over or accumulate.
